so hi everyone! this is cecile, she is new to arc city from europe of all places. so as most of you could probably work out she sticks out a bit like a sore thumb, however a very well dressed one. she is never seen dead without her hermes, and thinks that no girl should. she is also a magic user of voodoo, which kind of creeps people out and also has a boa constrictor called Zombi but she saves him for the special people. so just reply below if you want to start some plotting, she wants lots of drama!
