[atrb=border,0,true][atrb= style, width: 245px; background-color: 171717;] catalin francesca holiday. meow! :3 this is my weird and quirky kitty cat, catalin holiday. she goes by the not so clever alias "the cat" in the online hacking world and black market. she's anti social, half gifted (she can shift into any feline as long as she has a clear image of it in her head), and half demon (which is controlled by some super duty enchanted collar placed on her by her fallen-angel nanny when she was five years old). a world class hacker, she is the daughter of the noble woman and the first partner. british and tech savvy, she sells weapons created to kill werewolves and vampires and is currently working on mages for a living. she also likes doing side jobs of hacking into government profiles, etc, for some extra dough. she's rollin' in it - but you wouldn't be able to tell by just looking at her. with friends, she isn't exactly, well friendly. prone to violence and using sarcasm as her first language, she's very blunt and to the point. she doesn't like people messing with her and she has mega trust issues. she also has only been in arc city for four years - previously living in london, paris, and moscow. i can imagine she could be friends with about two or three people and even then, she's very distant and sly, like a cat, and doesn't really open up to people much. with enemies, given the above information, she'd probably have tons or a combination of frenemies. with lovers, though she claims to be pansexual, she hasn't been with a male since she was raped at a very young age. since then, she's only ever been with females actively and she's a huge feminist so yeah haha if anyone could win her over - male or female from whatever race - though, she's probably the sweetest person on the planet and ridiculously loyal. losing you would be like losing her own life in her book. so plot her up no matter how difficult it is xD!<3 TEMPLATE BY LITTLE BITTY PRETTY ONE @ CAUTION 2.0

woo! thanks for popping my plot page's cherry! haha! anyway, i can see them getting along since cecile, in blunt terms, has a vagina and catalin tends to get along with that gender way more. i don't see her necessarily opening up but definitely doing transactions with her. she creates weapons and does a lot of computer hacking and all that jazz so if she were to ever need information on someone - she'd good at doing full on profile investigations on people right down to the nitty and gritty details. they could meet that way and eventually, cat will like working with her since she seems to be a very straight to the point person who doesn't beat around the bush. add/subtract/delete?
