Roserane Cannamia Loreley
biological information
Full Name: Roserane Cannamia Loreley Nickname: Roser Alias(es): The Bird Of No Wings Gender: Female Orientation: Heterosexual Age: 17 Date of Birth: February 13 Marital Status: Single Place of Birth: California Race: Human Occupation: She's a student, public school
Physical Appearance: She's a rather pretty looking girl. Without make-up actually, to the surprise of most people, she still looks pretty. Every single hair on her head is a bright blonde, streaming down to her shoulder bones, in an uneven fan shape. It is quite hard to manage, so she keeps it in a simple ponytail tied with a normal black band. So it spreads out from the point it is tied. Her eyes, are an ice blue slush color. It's bad to her opinion, but it is actually one of her more distinguishing features. In her eyes have faded straight lines of grey stretching to the rim of her colorful eyes. They can be open for a long time, which is surprising and creepy to most. They are round, like a flower petal, big and have sharp points. Her eyelashes are long and curved, glowing bright in sunlight. With eyebrows they match her hair, except are a bit darker, and have a sharp shape to slightly curve around her eye sockets. Lips of a feather, having a pink glossy color. Her skin, a bright shining tone of a Midtone-African. Her veins don't show much, except on the bottom of her wrists, which are still very faint a blue-purple-ish. But her skin is mostly covered, with her clothes. So her skin other than her head and hands is a bit, just a bit paler than those. Her body is thin and small, also fragile, but she still has a faint figure. With her clothes, she keeps as covered as possible. Not going overboard though, just enough to keep her skin from being exposed. Usually it's a white dress, nice and simple. It has a V-Neck collar and is a smooth and silky sheet over to her wrists and ankles. Sometimes, she wears a different dress, still white but in a different shade. It's very fancy, having lace around the color, with white straps, and goes to her knees. With this one, she carries around a long black sash, which covers her shoulders and arms, but even so still reaches to the ground and drags, since she doesn't sit up so it could reach. In this, she has to put her hair more up, with a simple black clip with bendy butterfly wings, no design still just noir. Her hair curls nicely and naturally, which looks pretty. With shoes, she usually wears a pair of beige sandal wedge heels.

special abilities
Powers: None, she's human so she doesn't have any. Skills: She's extremely good at piano, ever since childhood, everyone has recognized her as a prodigy. She composes her owns songs, with lyrics she writes too but never sings them, and the lyrics are usually more mysterious with symbolism. The songs are slow, with not as many notes as most songs, since her sense of music is a bit iffy, so they're more faint and slower paced. With her actual playing, she plays in a Suzuki style with her hands, and is usually on an actual small piano, not electric. Her feet are set on the pedals, and she only presses them softly and rarely. She plays a bit clumsy, but makes no mistakes since she's the one who wrote it, but her hands still bounce and slip on the keys. And if you listen closely you can hear her fingernails tapping on the keys. It brings a sad feeling to everyone who hears her pieces, which is very rare and good in a skill, to force an actual emotion to someone. Personal Possessions: She still has a tiny clock hand, it's the minute hand of a small pocket watch. It's simple, with being white. A white fishing line is strung with it to make a necklace Weapons and Equipment: She doesn't have anything that could be used for survival or attacking. Limitations: Her limitations, definitely the fact that she's in a wheelchair. She can never walk again. With her piano playing, her pieces take longer since she writes lyrics, and never uses them. And they're always minor, no matter what. Always sad and guilty, she can never write a happy piece, even if she tried. Emotionally she is weak, with her lack of social experience and all, and lack of emotion all together. Also how her wheelchair is a breaker to her normal character, and that her bones are fragile from the lack of exercise. Her bones aren't that strong, since she never got any exercise to make them stronger. So that limits a lot of physical activity.
psychoanalysis
Personality Description: Her personality has been scarred ever since her accident. Her emotions have greatly been decreased, and compressed. Boredom is the emotion that she shows to most people. She doesn't act interested in what people are saying, but she always listens to what people say, even if she can't understand it. She may not seem like it, but her comprehending of things is pretty slow, mostly in social situations since she hadn't had anyway of comparing or familiarity of it, but also with other things like complex histories and such. So with anything she hasn't heard of or experienced before, or is too big and complex, she can't get it as easily. And back to boredom she is like a stoic, with saying words to express herself but not actually showing the faces of emotions, and people sometimes call her mean for it. Sadness, it's the second thing she feels most. She still doesn't know what happened to her sister, and feels sad for her family's lost lives, and her own. She cries silently at night, only sometimes, and these crying sessions are very short. She never shows sadness in front of anyone since her accident though, but that could always change. No shrieks, or anything, just silent tears for a bit of a while then stopping. Love, she likes it. She likes the fuzzy feeling inside of her while she feels it, but hasn't felt it in a long time. Ever since she left the hospital she has felt no sign of it, and doesn't think she'll ever feel it again. No one knows of this yet, or at least she thinks. Rudeness, it's a simple word. Sometimes, she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed. It makes her act rude and mean, but not so much as to make people cry, and she doesn't even really care that she's being that mean. It's just little comments here and there, and they only last for a day. She acts like this sometimes, but still with the same bored look on her face. She loves to stare at the sky, and school, and anywhere. It has always charmed her somehow, and she doesn't know why. It's like a part of her, and people think she's weird for doing it. They avoid her and this is just one of the reasons, so she doesn't have any friends at school or home, and just stares at the sky almost all day. She stays silent too, so it's difficult to know whether she is acting mean or just normal bored that day. What she doesn't know is that subconsciously she holds the clock hand that Daniel gave her, and it's for a reason of a strange emotion that is hidden deep in her, not revealed. Also she plays piano, which she is a prodigy at. It is always a minor piece though, and is incredibly sad. She composes them herself, with the memories of her family. And she plays and night with her balcony door open, so she has the back ground noise of the city to her playing, to some strange reason, the habit developed of doing this. She never listens to other music, just hers and hers only. The very mention of her wheel chair annoys her. She feels as though it's just fate, but that she shouldn't be the one to have it. That it's the cause of all her changes. When ever she hears of it her fists clench up, and it's the only thing that sets off anger in her, and makes her speak in much more insulting terms. She acts more mean and her voice gets shaky as if she's about to cry. It's the reason she doesn't watch sports, go out, or anything with other normal people.
Strengths:- She is completely comfortable being herself, and won't let anyone or anything change it. With anyone trying to make her do something against her will she denies, even if it's for her own good.
- Doesn't let being in a wheel chair stop her from trying, and she'll only stop when that goal or dream is broken. This doesn't mean she'll try her best at everything, but only her absolute goals that she knows she must have.
- From being in libraries, a lot, she learned the pressure points of a human being and how to use them against the person. If she can get to the points in the body she can use them to disable such body parts like his arms, fingers, legs, and other nerves.
- Plays piano, in which it is always minor and very sad songs. She is a prodigy, but doesn't use her talents to the max so she's under estimated a lot. There is sometimes a person who plays the violin in the background as a duet, but not that much.
- Nothing can break her, anymore than she is already, she's strong willed and won't let a beating or pressure break her, like in an interrogation. Most like that she won't accept facts she doesn't want to hear, and will deny it.
Weaknesses:- The fact that she's in a wheel chair is enough, she can't walk or run away, if she ever needs to.
- Falling, if she falls of her wheel chair in a dangerous situation she's as good as dead, since she can't get away then. It's pretty self explanatory, and also since she's fragile, she might not be able to crawl.
- Responsibility, she hasn't handled it. Ever since her accident no one would let her do anything important and if now, she may not be able to keep it. She's never had any experience, or knowledge about it.
- If anyone simply holds anything above her reach she can't get it, and then it's theirs, because she can't reach or jump to get it. Her arms are long, but not long enough to reach the distance
- Memories of her accident, they can be used against her and make her go insane with sadness and anger.
Fear/s: She doesn't want to go back to the hospital, and be in a hospital room again, for some reason. Then birds, yes birds, she used to just hate them but now for reasons her family doesn't know about she is a bit afraid of them, but can watch them from afar. Anything that flies scares her, because she thinks their mean and taunting and an hurt her badly.
Goal/s: Of course, her goal above everything is to get out of this wheel chair, and be a normal person again. She wants to be a normal person all together, and won't think of any other goals to achieve until she does.
biography
Their Story: In Sacramento a couple had a baby. The couple's names were Joseph and Mary-Sue Loreley, and they already had another baby girl named Louisa. In a small hospital at 12: 03 a.m another girl was born, and they decided to call her Roserane, because she looked as beautiful as a rose. The couple were just a bit rich, because Joseph was a medium famous musician. He played violin in an orchestra that performed regularly nearby. Mary-Sue was a house-wife, and took care of the two girls. Even though their ages were apart 3 years, they were still attached very much, and both had musical abilities. The two were prodigies, Roserane at piano, and Louisa at violin. In an averagely large house they practiced, and became better. At school they showed off their talents. With good grades, Louisa the better of the two since she was older, and great friends, Roserane having more, they had a good life. A steady life, and a good one too. Their uncles and aunts came to visit often too, they were all an active family, who normally saw each other. When Roserane was twelve, her family decided to drive to the other side of the country to see their uncle and aunt. It seemed kind of stupid, but her parents were pretty cheap, and oblivious to how much the two girls resisted. Louisa was fifteen, and had parties and other social things to go too, and was always on her cellphone. Roserane just didn't like the car drive. The two girls had indeed seen the hardship in their age difference, to stay close and all. But the trip still went on. Even in the first four or six hours the girls already had massive headaches, and so did Mary-Sue. Joseph played the radio a bit blasting high, but that didn't help at all. It wasn't even loud enough to drown out the honk of an incoming truck. Joseph, the dad, had become a bit sleepy as well, and had closed his eyes. The car still drove steadily onward, until it had been hit and crashed into the sand by a truck. At least Roserane was able to wake up in a hospital. Her bones, especially her legs, hurt a lot, and she was in a white room. For a while she wondered where she was, but then she realized she was in a hospital. A nurse whispered about how her family was practically dead. Her sister was in a coma and her parents were already in the grave. As much as she wanted to cry, she couldn't, unlike others, she could believe it. That her family was gone, but at the fact that her life was going to be in a wheel chair for the rest of it, she thought that it would've been better if she died too. She stayed in the hospital awhile. Her uncle and aunt, the ones they were visiting, would have her live with them, and they just had to sort out some business. While she was in there she met Daniel, a boy her age, who was in for a disease. He told her that he would die soon because of it, and was having as much fun as he could while he can. At that she didn't want to be friends, because she would lose him anyway, and was cold to him. He still gave her something, a minute clock hand, and he had the hour hand. It was annoying, and she didn't know what it meant. But her uncle came to pick her up one day, and she didn't even say goodbye to him. Her uncle lived in Arc City, totally different from where she lived before. There were so many stairs and all. She couldn't walk among it, and spent most time in her room, looking at the sky. For about three years she was home schooled, since she had trouble going back into the world as she was. She stayed in a room, just a little bit bigger than her hospital room, and the only other place she went was the connected bathroom. It was an uneventful three years, in which her emotional health declined, until her emotions were faint and mostly sad. At the end of her third year her relatives decided to get her back out there. They registered her into a public school, much to her anger at that time. Even so, she didn't really interact much. She kept her usual habits, since no one interacted with her, and played piano sometimes on rainy days in the library. She was viewed as a loser, but no one picked on her because she was in a wheel chair. Her life is boring, and sad, and no one would try to help her.
Other Information: Her house is fairly large, and nice, and her room is the only one with a balcony, and she reads papers that are blown by the wind onto it.

The hospital air was cold and still. Tiny, echoing taps from the heels of doctors and nurses came from the hall, to her hearing. She sat near the window, in the wheelchair she had grown accustomed to, which was a metal frame with two wheels with large squares of leather. But it was still a bit weird, in a mental and emotional sense, to never walk again. Roserane just couldn’t help but wonder what it would be like once she had gotten out of this hospital, to have stares and pity cast upon her for the rest of her life, or at least what she thought would happen. That day the sky seemed a darker blue than usual, a more sad tone, with no clouds to mask it. In a nearby tree a bird chirped, she didn’t know what kind of bird though, it was quite loud, and she could hear it clearly from her room. A click she heard, it was the door. “Hey Rose, are you okay?” she heard someone say. It was the voice of Daniel, another boy in the hospital. He was her age, like it actually mattered, and was happy and hopeful even though he would die soon. She couldn’t remember what illness he had though, and it wasn’t like she cared anyway. The wheels of the chair creaked as she turned to face him. He had a goofy smile on his face, and wore the pure white pajamas the hospital gave him to wear for his time. “Ya,”she bluntly answered, along with nodding her head. Hair brushed on her neck and back, to her discomfort, but felt to down to tie it right now. Unlike him, she didn’t have a sign on glee on her face, just boredom and some sadness. Maybe some pity for him, since he wouldn’t have life anymore, but it was just a maybe. His eyes wandered, not like hers, which stayed focused on him. His pupils looked around her room, the same of all the other rooms except for the vase of white rose flowers from her family. Her family, they hadn’t come to see her in a while. “W-w-well would you like to do something?” he foolishly asked her. She sighed at the question, she was in a wheelchair. She couldn’t do anything anymore, and it seemed as though he was oblivious to that one single obvious fact. He wasn’t blind, but he sure did seem like it. Confused now, looking as her look of disappointment if to say and sigh was sudden. She wondered if his brain got damaged, but it didn’t seem like it, most likely he was just a bit dumber than most others. “I’m in a wheelchair, remember? I won’t be able to do something for the rest of my life,” she exclaimed bluntly. Still bored looking and him panicking, she watched him fiddle with his hair, shoulder length and brown, trying to think of something to say. Like he actually wanted to continue the conversation with her, and truly tried. He still fiddled with his thumbs, and silence was in the room exception by his mumbling and stuttering of various consonants. And again sighing she pushed on his stomach with her left hand, rolling her chair forward with her right. “ Look, it would be best if you just left okay?” she told him as she pushed him into the hallway. From what she could see it was a bit crowded, with mostly doctors and nurses. It looked like he was about to say something, but she shut the door in his face. Turning back on the now once again empty room she sighed for the third time, and went back to the window. Listening closely she heard the chirping of the bird had gotten quieter, as if it was intimidated by the ever so small conversation she just had. This time, the sky had small clouds on the horizon, and they would slowly get closer until they covered the blue. The city, she would go back soon. Daniel, he wouldn’t, ever, he would die. If he didn’t he would never leave this hospital. That was exactly why she didn’t make friends with him, she was social yes, but since she would lose him anyway why waste it and have pain to bear and tears to shed? It would be sad, but that’s why she wouldn’t become attached. Her doctor said she would be able to leave soon, and that her family would be back. She would leave, and have to learn to live like, like this! And would have to face a crueler world, however it may be when she returns from this hospital. It had been five years since that cursed event. Over time she had gotten used to being different, being treated differently, and learned to deal with it. She sat in her room, which was decorated with seemingly normal stuff for a 17-year old girl. Pop bands, boy idols and all that such, pink fur carpet and all that. But it didn’t really matter to her what was decorating her room, what mattered was the outside, at least to her. The city, sidewalks, stairs, so many activities, and they all required a person that had two legs, and could walk with them. A silence that was all too familiar was with the room, as she stared at the sky. Big clouds came over, covering all that was blue, and left a gloomy shadow on her home. To others, they hadn’t noticed, and disagreed of what she thought of it. To her, no matter what weather it always had a big sense of gloom, and even bigger after the first few weeks of her leaving the hospital. She had wondered why, but she had wondered a lot of things. That boy, Daniel was it, she wondered about what happened to him after she left. If he made any other friends, if he was dead yet, those kinds of things. But the thoughts of him only came time to time, when she was bored and all. But what about the world that would come to her now that she was alive and back in the world?......
