Hartley is the older brother of Dr. Quinn Remington. He was born with a rare heart disease that forced him to get an experimental operation. As as result of the operation there was a mutation in his genes making him a gifted human. Quinn's main research is based on his new genetic code.
The pair come from a close family and are extremely tight. Their mother tends to be a bit overbearing sometimes, always concerned about them. Their father just kind of goes with the flow. In one of Quinn's posts it is mentioned that Hartley leaves town a lot and that he keeps secrets from even her, do with that what you would like.
What you do with him from there is your choice. Hayden Christensen is just a pb option. You can use who ever you like but I'd like them to at least look like they could be related somehow. Any takers?
