No, she has never killed anyone, creature or human. She has actually never even physically fought. She only knows how to shoot a hand gun, and can sorta handle a knife. Poor Flo XD |

She does various things to get what blood she needs. She has stolen from blood banks before, she has drank from animals before, but she usually just takes it from regular humans, but never takes enough to kill them or turn them into vampires. She only takes as much as she needs to sustain herself, and never over indulges, because she feels too horribly about it. |

what what! okay so jusztina will probably be all "this bitch best be on her best behavior or i will rip her in half with my fangs!" and yeah...she probably would send someone to keep tabs on her - make sure she's not giving her coven a bad name and send that same someone to also persuade her, if possible, to join her. she doesn't have to be a killer to be part of the coven/cult thing, but jusztina is a control freak and likes to know about every vampire in the city. god forbid they start some kind of war and jusztina is forced to take the blame on behalf of some rogue vampy who couldn't control their thirst. she'd probably try to meet her face to face on vamp territory and persuade her with hospitality, endless supply of blood, and pfft. who knows-maybe even be like "wanna be my secretary?! D: join us!!! O____O damn it!" lol

well obviously her being a queen and all the two of them aren't going to best friends, and the fact she is a magic user. on the other hand though, they are both from europe and aristocratic families so maybe there could be some kind of mutual interest or something from both parties and the queen is obviously going to want to know about a knew someone in the city after all!

jusztina would definitely want to know who/what/where and all that jazz about cecile though she'd probably hire someone to investigate her like nathaniel or her bodyguard, javier, in order to find out. she generally doesn't do her own dirty work unless she has a personal vendetta against the person lol however, if there was some part of her that could benefit her coven? then she'd be all "alright biznotch let's meet up. word." lol!

oo i like it! i'm not entirely sure, though i deffinately think that something should go down. maybe she could hear about cece meeting with anatoly, and as jusztina has just met with vselevod she might find that interesting as she will always be thinking of ways to stay on top of arc city so, hmm i dunno!

that wouldn't concern her too much only because her main focus is with vsevolod though it would probably be what originally spikes her curiosity. she has other plans with the stregoni family in the workings so she would most likely have someone keep a very attentive eye on her. plus...she likes being the only one called "her majesty" and "queen" so out of sheer jealousy and probably annoyance, she'd be all "pfft nuh uh i'm the only blonde queen in this town lady!" lol! if they did meet, i'd imagine jusztina being very..unpleasant.
